St Davids 19th century Barometer!
Every morning Malcolm Gray, MBE, former lifeboat Coxswain, reads St Davids 19th century barometer at the top of Goat Street…just a minutes walk from our cottages.
The readings are logged and pressure trends go back many decades.
This is a beautiful example of a 19th century mercury barometer inscribed with ‘RNLB No 104 Institution. James Glaisher FRS’.
Don’t miss this!
